Venue Hire Terms and Conditions


Agreement for Event Hire
The User/Hirer/Lessee shall indemnify and keep indemnified Revolution Bike Park, its employees and each of them from, and against, all actions, costs, claims, charges, expenses and damages whatsoever, which may be brought or made or claimed against it by any of them arising out of, or in any way related to, the granting of this agreement and/or the use of the premises. 

I have obtained all permits licenses and/or consents if required for the conduct of the intended function and I agree with all of the conditions outlined in the Revolution Bike Park Event Venue Hire – Conditions of Use.

Note: Public Liability Insurance is the responsibility of the organisation/person hiring the venue and is NOT covered by Revolution Bike Park.

Privacy Statement: The personal information requested on this form is being collected by Revolution Bike Park for reference and identification purposes. To ensure confidentiality of information requested we will only use personal information provided by you for the purpose of providing a range of access to facilities and equipment. In accord with our Privacy Policy, we will not disclose your personal information without consent to a third party, institution or authority except where required by law or other regulation.

Photo And Video Release:


We take pride in all our endeavors, including the use of communication tools that help keep our facilities, family and friends informed about events and opportunities that take place.


Occasionally, we photograph events and some of these photographs and videos may contain images of children, youth, and adults participating/spectating.


Being mindful of the safety of all the children and the privacy of all individuals who participate, we would like to obtain your permission to post or print images/videos of our events that may contain images of you or your members / members of the public / invited guests.

 


Conditions of Use 
It is the responsibility of the Hirer to ensure that all spectators and participants are fully versed with all safety measures.


All participants must wear: 


  • helmet must be worn at all time on the track
    These must be full-face when racing/training, with a visor and must be securely fastened.
  • long sleeve shirt
  • closed shoes
  • gloves
  • long pants (shorts can be worn with the appropriate knee/leg guard)


Track rules must be followed at all times.


All bikes must be safe to use on the track. 

This includes but is not limited to:


  • Seat saddles on seat posts
  • Working brakes

Children who use the track / facilities unsupervised do so at their parents or caregivers discretion.

Noise Levels & Finishing Times


Revolution Bike Park is situated in a residential area and therefore Revolution Bike Park requests that all hirers respect our neighbors. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that the noise emanating from the function does not cause a public annoyance and that all noise pollution regulations are complied with.


The premises must be vacated by:
Morning Booking: 
Wednesday - Sunday
12pm
Afternoon Booking:
Tuesday - Sunday
5.30pm

*Unless prior permission has been granted in writing by Revolution Bike Park.

The applicant and nominated other responsible person will remain on site throughout the function and be responsible for function behavior.

Alcohol And Drugs

  • No drugs or illegal substances are to be consumed or brought into the premises.  Anyone found to be using or conducting illicit activities will be removed from the facility and reported to the police.
  • No alcohol to be brought onto the premises unless bought from Republic.




Payment

  • Payments for Event Hire must be made 24hrs before the event start time.  
  • For major events, payment will be due 7 days before the event start time.
  • Payments are to be made at the facilities.

Size of Party/Event

  • Please ensure you let Revolution Bike Park know if your party exceeds 18 invited riders/guests.  
  • There may be an additional charge required for larger events/parties.

Cancellations


  • The amount of notice required for cancellations is no less than 72 hrs for afternoon/ morning events (3hrs only). 
  • For major events, 3 weeks notice is required for cancellation.
  • Cancellation with less than 72hrs notice result in a 50% charge.
  • Cancellation with less than 24hrs notice will result in a 100% charge.


Should the Event be postponed by the Hirer due to inclement weather before the event has begun, all payments received will be transferred to an agreed upon rescheduled date. If no future date can be agreed, a full refund will be given to the Hirer.


Should the Hirer cancel the Event after the event has begun, all amounts will be charged in full.


Other Conditions:


  • Revolution Bike Park is not liable for damage to or loss of equipment or food belonging to hirers.
  • Revolution Bike Park, it’s employees and volunteers (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are hereby released and forever discharged from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action that may arise now or in the future, out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by any persons at the event or to any property beloning to the hirer and guests, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
  • All hirers are to respect the rights of others including equipment and belongings.
  • All hirers understand and acknowledge that the participation of activities at the Revolution Bike Park involves inherent risks, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage and death.
  • At all racing events, a medical person(s) must be present.  It is advisable to have an ambulance on site during race events.
  • Hirers are required to set-up and put away equipment and furniture as required.
  • Hirers are responsible for leaving the premises in a clean and tidy condition.  All rubbish must be placed in the bins provided.
  • All breakages and damage must be reported to Revolution Bike Park staff promptly so that repairs and/or replacements can be organised.  Compensation for damage will be required.
  • Any hire equipment (ie tables, chairs, sponsorship banners, gazebos etc.) are to be removed immediately after the hire has concluded.  No equipment is to be left for collection the next day.
  • All decoration are to be removed, including balloons, sticky tape and pieces of string.
  • A copy of any permits (if required) are to be provided to Revolution Bike Park at least 48 hours prior to the function.
  • Members, invited guests and the public are to adhere to the Code of Conduct of Revolution Bike Park at all times.  Failure to do so will mean an immediate suspension from the facilities.
